LONG TERM RENTAL QUALIFICATIONS

Income Requirements
-Gross monthly Income of 2 times the rent. The total of all applicant’s income is considered.

Credit Requirements
Minimum credit score of 680. At least one person applying must have a credit score of 680 or above.
No delinquent debt
No foreclosures within the past 7 years
No bankruptcy within the last 3 years

Housing Requirements
No evictions
-Good landlord reference
** Please note that applications are not considered complete until all required items are received from every applicant over the age of 18.

Required Items:
1 month of most recent paycheck stubs, or 1 month of income verification.
Copy of Driver’s License
$50.00 (non refundable) application fee for every applicant over the age of 18 must be submitted.
