You will fall in love with the coastal decor and inviting layout of the entire home. There is beautiful wood throughout the main living area and lush carpets in the bedrooms. Take advantage of the free high-speed wifi throughout the home. The spacious and fully equipped kitchen has granite counter tops, a gas range stove, stainless steel appliances, and a large pantry. The Large Master Suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, adjoining large custom tiled tub/shower combo, double vanity sinks with granite counter top, and large closet. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen size bed, Flat screen TV, and a large closet. The 3rd bedroom has twin size bunk beds, a flat screen TV, and a large closet. All bed linens, beach towels and some beach toys are provided. The garage is not available to park as it has been converted into a game room.

- A Deep Clean of $450 will be required for any long term rentals

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Policy: Cancellations needs to be in writing thirty (30)days prior to the beginning of Reservation Date and are subject to a $250.00 Cancellation Fee. Guest shall not be able to cancel with in the 30 days of reservation with out consent of Property Management and Owner. If a property can be rented to another party for the same time period, for same price by consent of Owner and Property manager. Guest will be charged the $250 cancellation fee, If property can not be booked or there is a price difference to full fill that reservation due to previous Guest reservation. There will be charges to adjust the cost of loss and previous Guest booking will incur loss of deposits already received.
